Job Description
Assists RN with daily care of patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. Documents patient data and performs various errands as directed. Maintains skin integrity and ensures special patient supplies are provided. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
- Nurse Aide in good standing with the State Registry
- Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED), or High School Graduate
