Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Patient Service Representative (PSR) provides efficient and high-quality service to patients, greets and registers patients, coordinates scheduling, answers phone calls, and resolves patient questions. Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years related customer service experience
• CRT/PC experience in a customer service setting
