Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Patient Service Representative (PSR) provides efficient and high-quality service to patients, coordinates scheduling, and resolves patient questions. The role requires accurate registration, billing, and demographic information entry in the EMR system. The PSR will also answer incoming telephone lines, distribute communications, and resolve patient queries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years related customer service experience
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients
• CRT/PC experience in a customer service setting
