Physical Therapist (PT)- outpatient

As a Physical Therapist (PT) in the outpatient department at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, you will be responsible for interpreting physician referrals, conducting evaluations, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. You will also monitor patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with physicians and other teammates to ensure optimal care.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
