Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

The Physical Therapist (PT) will work in an outpatient setting, treating patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions. The PT will be responsible for interpreting physician referrals, completing evaluations, establishing treatment plans, and monitoring patient outcomes. The PT will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, attending to patient comfort needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school or educational requirements commensurate with the date of graduation
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
