Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team in Milwaukee, WI. As a PT, you will interpret physician referrals, complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations, and establish a plan of care and implement individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals. Must have a Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. No experience required.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem solving skills
