Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) position available at Advocate Health's outpatient rehabilitation center in Kiel, WI. The PT will work with patients to develop and implement plans of care, provide treatment, and educate patients on proper care and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin. Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication and organization skills are also required.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
- Intermediate computer skills
