Claimant Outreach & Intake Specialist

Advocate seeks a dynamic Outreach & Intake Specialist to be the initial point of contact for potential claimants. This role involves engaging new leads, guiding them through the initial information gathering and contract signing process, and converting them into Advocate claimants. The specialist will focus on initiating the claimant journey and ensuring potential claimants feel supported while leveraging technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning to reduce bureaucratic obstacles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-volume outreach, sales, or customer engagement role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Passionate about helping others
