Job Description
Adyen seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to provide comprehensive support to its teams and employees in resolving IT-related issues, optimizing productivity, and streamlining manual processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Advanced/fluent English
- Experience supporting MacOS corporate devices leveraged by enterprise systems like JAMF or similar
- Experience with Linux is a plus
- Experience helping people troubleshoot their IT related issues
- Experience with audio-visual (AV) equipment and troubleshooting in meeting rooms
- Good understanding of up to date IT security practices
- Experience with writing and maintaining technical documentation
- Experience with administrating onboarding sessions of new joiners and IT user training
