Desktop Support Engineer

The company is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end-users and maintain end-user computing and office technology. The role involves troubleshooting common issues, handling security procedures, and collaborating with other teams to escalate complex issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Proficiency in supporting macOS and Windows 10/11 systems
• Experience providing hardware support for both Apple and Windows devices
• Familiarity with Jamf Pro and Microsoft client support tools
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Google Workspace administration
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
