HR Business Partner - Commercial EMEA

Adyen is looking for a HR Business Partner to contribute to the growth and scale of our teams within EMEA, and across the globe. The role will involve working with senior regional leaders, team leads and employees in all people programs such as talent development, employee engagement and performance management.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience working with EMEA teams, managers and leaders at all levels in a business partner role at a high-pace company
• Fluent English; fluency in French is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong sense of self and ability to build trust quickly to become a trusted business advisor at all levels of the organization
• Ability to question the status quo and work with managers to define new solutions to old problems
• Well-versed in organizational dynamics and ability to give guidance on what to do to make teams healthy, motivated and growing
