Internal Control Specialist: Non-Financial Risk

Adyen is looking for an Internal Control Specialist to strengthen global operational processes and controls to meet internal and external expectations. The role involves assessing and strengthening Adyen’s global operational processes and controls, supporting management with internal control matters, and collaborating with the Internal Control team to manage the global internal control framework.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience within an external audit, (operational) risk management or internal control function.
• Able to apply base-level knowledge of designing and testing internal controls.
• Critical thinking skills and eagerness to solve challenges.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
