Job Description
Adyen is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Commercial Counsel based in New York to join the global Deal Desk within the Commercial Legal team. As Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for negotiating customer-facing contract negotiations, drafting negotiation playbooks, and advising on contract interpretation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm
- Strong commercial contracting and/or other transactional experience
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with colleagues across the globe
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work autonomously and run things like your own business
