Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to lead our commercial contracting work and provide clear, pragmatic legal support across the business. You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Services and other key stakeholders to drive efficient contracting, enable growth, and help teams make informed decisions.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years PQE; US-qualified
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Experience supporting RFPs/tenders, ideally including public sector and academia
- Experience with labor and employment laws
- Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop playbooks, templates, and training
- Strong communicator able to translate legal issues clearly for non-legal stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure, with excellent stakeholder management skills
