Job Description
Prolific is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead commercial contracting work and provide clear, pragmatic legal support across the business. The role requires experience with commercial agreements, labor and employment laws, and data protection laws.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years PQE; US-qualified
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Experience supporting RFPs/tenders, ideally including public sector and academia
- Experience with labor and employment laws
- Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop playbooks, templates, and training
- Strong communicator able to translate legal issues clearly for non-legal stakeholders
- General understanding of data protection laws is a plus
