RPO Tech Recruitment Business Partner

Join Adyen's Global Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Business Partner for Tech teams, contributing to Adyen's growth and supporting hiring teams with data-driven decisions, speed of execution, and long-term strategy. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will proactively build pipelines, advise hiring teams, and collaborate with other teams within HR, globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies
• Experience hiring for niche Tech or Product functions like Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Platform Engineering, or Product Managers and GPM's
• Experience working closely with other HR teams (e.g. HR Business Partners, Rewards & HR Operations) and business leaders
• Proven track record in building solid and long lasting relationships with stakeholders
• Experience collecting Recruiting data and leading data informed conversations to support and influence hiring decisions
• Experience in an international and cross-cultural environment
