Requirements

• 8+ years of Tech Recruitment experience
• Demonstrated success of recruiting for technical roles like Engineering, Product Management, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles
• Data-driven approach to shape impactful hiring strategies
• Proactive, driven, and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working with global teams
