Requirements
- 8+ years of Tech Recruitment experience
- Demonstrated success of recruiting for technical roles like Engineering, Product Management, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles
- Data-driven approach to shape impactful hiring strategies
- Proactive, driven, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working with global teams
