Senior Recruitment Business Partner (Japan Market) drive regional growth across APAC, with a dedicated focus on the Japanese market. The role will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for Japan, overseeing delivery and talent acquisition efforts across broader APAC markets.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in in-house recruitment (full-cycle) with a proven track record of scaling teams within Tech / Go-to-market teams within APAC
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
- Experienced living or working in Japan is a plus
