Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, your goal is to start strategic conversations with potential clients, identify key accounts, and lay the groundwork for future partnerships. You will spend 80% of your time on outbound prospecting and 20% collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role (SaaS, HR tech, recruitment or consulting is a plus)
- Persistent, resilient, and able to stay focused even in the face of rejection
- Fluent in French and English
- Organized, data-driven, and comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Modjo, Slack, and Google Workspace
