Associate Director - Mechanical Engineer (Buildings)

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director - Mechanical Engineer to lead and grow the Building Services team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role involves delivering complex projects, building client relationships, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years' experience in building services consultancy or contracting design with a strong mechanical engineering background
• Chartered status (CPEng) essential, other registrations highly regarded
• Demonstrated leadership in technical design and multi-disciplinary project delivery
• Deep knowledge of building services systems, standards and best-practice design
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead multidiscipline bids for building engineering projects
