Senior Program Manager

AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of a medium to large program, ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role requires a proven track record in delivering complex programs, leading integrated teams, and establishing governance processes. The Senior Program Manager will also support program initiation activities, drive stakeholder engagement, and promote innovation and digital adoption within the program team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior program or project leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering medium to large programs or complex, multi-disciplinary portfolios
