Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and coordinated oversight for the delivery of a medium- to large-scale program, or a significant workstream within a more complex program. The role will guide multidisciplinary teams, proactively manage risks and issues, and maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager will also contribute to building organisational capability and play an active role in supporting work-winning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Typically 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior program or project leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering medium to large programs or complex, multi-disciplinary portfolios
