AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer III to join their team in Cleveland or Columbus, OH. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and overseeing complex structural engineering projects for various types of buildings and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering
- LEED AP certification is a plus
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency in advanced structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, and RISA
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong skills in finite element analysis and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience with various building materials including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
- In-depth understanding of building codes, standards, and seismic design principles
- Proven experience in project leadership and team management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
