Aecon is seeking a Business Partner, Talent Acquisition to deliver full-cycle recruitment support and attract top talent for their Nuclear division. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on diversity hiring initiatives and experience with sourcing tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in the Nuclear industry and international recruitment considered as asset
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent an asset
- Exceptional organization and emerging project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for and experience with diversity hiring initiatives
- Collaborative self-starter and creative problem solver
- Demonstrated proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), SAP is an asset
- Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working on hard to fill roles and high-volume sourcing scenarios
- Able to operate independently to create recruitment sourcing pipelines and build a talent community
