Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Estimator to play a key role in the success of major civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and strategic estimates, working closely with project teams, engineering, and leadership to support business decisions and ensure competitive bids.
Requirements
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive estimates for major civil infrastructure projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, technical documents, and contractual requirements
- Evaluate quantities, material costs, labor, equipment, and subcontracting
- Collaborate with engineering, methods, and construction teams to optimize costs
- Actively participate in bid strategies and internal estimate reviews
- Identify project risks, opportunities, and financial assumptions
- Maintain and improve cost databases and estimating references
- Support project teams during the transition from estimating to execution
