Requirements
- University degree in environment, biology, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of environmental management experience on major projects
- Expertise in Quebec environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Experience in dense urban environments and proximity impact management
- Proven leadership and ability to influence on-site working methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
