The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the project quality management plan, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards, and collaborating closely with engineering and construction teams.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management on major infrastructure projects
• Significant experience in heavy civil construction projects (transit, civil, public infrastructure)
• Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and applicable standards
• Ability to thrive in a complex, multidisciplinary, and high-visibility environment
• Strong leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
