Procurement Director

Aecon is seeking a Procurement Director to lead the procurement of Major Civil, Track, and Alliance-based packages for the Metrolinx GO Expansion program. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversee end-to-end procurement for high-value, high-risk packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience, including leadership of major infrastructure, civil, and track-related packages.
• Strong understanding of Alliance or alternative delivery models within large infrastructure programs.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Strong people leadership experience, including mentoring senior procurement professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and procurement reporting tools.
