Job Description
The Procurement Lead will provide strategic leadership for the procurement of major civil, track, and alliance-based packages across the GO Expansion program. The role involves leading end-to-end procurement, overseeing procurement within alliance contracting models, and serving as a senior advisor to executive and project leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive procurement experience, including leadership of major infrastructure, civil, and track-related packages.
- Strong understanding of Alliance or alternative delivery models within large infrastructure programs.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Strong people leadership experience, including mentoring senior procurement professionals.
