Aecon is seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative and project coordination support in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience within the construction industry is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with financial systems is considered an asset
- Experience working with SAP is an asset
