Project Administrator (Contract)

Aecon Industrial Construction Corp is seeking a Project Administrator to support the team on the Samsung Semiconductor Facility in Taylor, Texas. The role will provide day-to-day administrative and financial coordination to ensure smooth project execution. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility for extension.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
• Exposure to construction project management & scheduling tools is an asset
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
• Ability to do detailed work with accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong planning, organizational and task-monitoring skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is an asset
