Project Controls Manager

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee cost control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting for large scale construction projects in Barbados.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent
• 10-15 years construction industry experience
• Strong knowledge of the “Earned Value Management” principles
• Natural leader and team builder who can build strong relationships quickly
• Proven ability to effectively lead project controls staff
• Proven strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly identify and articulate issues
• Proven problem solver with sound judgment who accepts ownership and accountability
• Detail oriented and customer focused
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP and required project controls software which may include Primavera, Hard Dollar, Procore, Aconex or similar
