• Experience in backend development with Python in production environments
• Containerization & Orchestration using Kubernetes
• Testing Expertise using modern testing frameworks and strategies
• Operational Mindset with strong ability to prioritize effectively in day-to-day operations
• Technical Craftsmanship with deep commitment to code quality through clean code principles
• Communication & Collaboration with clear, proactive communication style
• Fluent English proficiency in written and spoken communication
