Job Description
AEG Presents Great Lakes is seeking a Door Staff member to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for concert goers, performers, and fellow team members. The position involves screening guests, scanning tickets, checking credentials, and providing customer service duties. The Door Staff will work in a fast-paced environment, enforcing policies and procedures, and performing light cleaning duties.
Requirements
- ID checking and wrist banding patrons over 21
- Greet guests and resolve guest complaints
- Monitor guest conduct to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Enforce all policies and procedures of the venue
- Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team
- Answer guest questions and direct guests to important areas of the venue
- Credential checks throughout the venue
- Monitor external venue areas
- Identifying and addressing unsafe or disorderly conduct
- Monitor venue during guest arrival and exit
- Light cleaning during and after all events
