Guest Services Staff - Usher/Ticket Taker- AEG Presents Great Lakes - Royal Oak Music Theater

For more than 20 years, AEG has played a pivotal role in transforming sports and live entertainment. Guest Services Staff will act as the primary provider of direct services to guests when they are inside the venue, providing a safe environment and a variety of customer service duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalency
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and regular in attendance
• Ability to work in a loud and fast paced environment
• Ability to de-escalate tense situations
• Ability to work in varying conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude with superior customer service skills, and be team oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
• Strong intrapersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly personality
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
