The Manager, Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) works with the corporate talent management team to support global recruitment initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
- Research and recruit applicants for open positions
- Manage and promote the use of ATS across AEG
- Source candidates through various resources
- Perform workforce planning and strategic talent assessment and development
- Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing processes
- Evaluate and enhance the candidate experience
- Facilitate discussions and implement initiatives with hiring managers
- Conduct job analysis and competency profiling
- Communicate with internal client groups and HR partners
- Work with Corporate Talent Acquisition team to develop a rotational internship program
