Manager, Talent Acquisition (Recruiter)

The Manager, Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) works with the corporate talent management team to support global recruitment initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Research and recruit applicants for open positions
• Manage and promote the use of ATS across AEG
• Source candidates through various resources
• Perform workforce planning and strategic talent assessment and development
• Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing processes
• Evaluate and enhance the candidate experience
• Facilitate discussions and implement initiatives with hiring managers
• Conduct job analysis and competency profiling
• Communicate with internal client groups and HR partners
• Work with Corporate Talent Acquisition team to develop a rotational internship program
