Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with various hand and power tools, testing instruments, and diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls outside regular working hours
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods
