Job Description
AEM, a global leader in environmental monitoring solutions, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for their Australia-based brand of software applications. The role focuses on customer support, onboarding, and technical assistance, requiring proficiency in various communication and analytical skills. The specialist will work closely with technical support teams to ensure customer success and contribute to AEM's mission of supporting environmental initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or certificate in business, science, technology, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience applying customer support methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with customer lifecycle management, including implementation, onboarding, and technical support.
- Knowledge of software configuration and Internet communication skills.
