Job Description
As the Merchandise Leader, you will ensure the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards, drive effective Floorset execution, and support the merchandising team in maintaining a guest-ready store.
Requirements
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
- Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team
- Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape by owning day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment
