Aera Technology is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth within the specified market. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and be able to form enduring relationships with senior executives.
Requirements
- Serve as thought partner and trusted advisor to largest clients
- Develop and execute sales plan to exceed revenue targets
- Report on sales activity and provide forecasts to executive leadership
- Monitor sales activity to ensure team members are tracking to quotas
- Work cross-functionally with other Sales and function leaders
- Provide ongoing mentorship and development to team members
