The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, optimizing, and transforming Aero's Inside Sales function to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in inside sales leadership or a comparable sales management role
- Strong leadership and coaching capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Results-oriented with strong customer focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and change-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license
