Aero is seeking a Business Development & Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of its partner ecosystem and enable demand generation initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships operations, revenue operations, travel industry operations, or client/partner support
- Experience working with partner- or channel-driven business models preferred
- Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing contracts, reporting, and cross-functional workflows simultaneously
- Experience working with contract management platforms, CRM systems, booking or ticketing tools (Sabre/GDS) platform integration, and reporting platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a high volume of inbound requests
