Customer Account Representative – Urology – Remote

Aeroflow Health is hiring a Customer Account Representative for their Urology team. The representative will provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies. The role involves handling phone calls, updating account information, and researching insurance payer requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent De-escalation skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute with accuracy
