Aeroflow Health is a national leader in home medical equipment and clinical services, seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to drive cross-functional initiatives and provide strategic thought partnership to the Chief Strategy Officer. The role requires a unique blend of program management, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment and execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, government relations, or payer contracting
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives at the executive level
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing materials for executive and legislative audiences.
- Strong program management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or executives on high-impact initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and minimal direction
- Experience building processes, frameworks, or operational structure in ambiguous environments
