Vice President, Strategic Alliances

Spring Health is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Alliances to join its Revenue leadership team. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end consultant relations strategy to eliminate barriers to mental health and drive pipeline growth through targeted strategies and deep partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment
• Proven track record of leading teams focused on large/jumbo employer clients
• Deep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firms
• Expertise in navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a strong bias toward action
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to practice candor with care in high-stakes negotiations
• Strong analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities
• Authentic alignment with our mission to eliminate every barrier to mental healthcare
