We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team at appflame, a Ukrainian product IT company creating world-class products. You will partner with business leaders, monitor HR data, and support talent management and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 3-7+ years of HR experience, including experience as HRBP or HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of labor legislation
• Experience supporting managers in performance and talent management
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
