Engineering Manager

Affinidi is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of its Affinidi Elements product. The successful candidate will work with global peers on teams dedicated to product portfolio areas and be responsible for leading continued enhancement and development of a multi-component platform. The role requires a self-motivated, solution-oriented individual with experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Lead the engineering team to develop features and improvements to the Affinidi Elements product
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
• Guide the team in solving technical problems with large scope and complexity
• Own delivery of significantly complex features and improvements
• Lead by example and constantly coach and mentor engineers
