The Sales Enablement Specialist owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding and enablement programs across our sales organization. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Operations to scale sales readiness, improve rep ramp, and drive measurable performance outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years in sales or sales enablement, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging, accurate, and concise presentations and training programs.
- Passion for supporting, teaching and enabling people’s success with tools, methodologies, and training.
- Meticulous organization, detail orientation, and task-driven nature.
- Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed.
- Team player, willingness to step in for team members that need help, demonstrating integrity and positive communication, collaboration, and feedback.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
