Thomson Reuters is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team. The role will be responsible for training sales professionals, developing strategies to enhance sales productivity, and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent facilitation and training skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and sales teams
- Some curriculum design skills
- Experience with sales processes and methodologies
- Experience with CRMs and LMS can be helpful (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and sales strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the United States legal and tax industries preferred
