Human Resources Internship Summer 2026

Join our award-winning A-Team for the summer of 2026 as a Human Resources Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the HR team in areas such as recruiting, candidate experience, onboarding, HR systems, employee engagement, and HR analytics.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Rising Junior or Senior
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition as a career path
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
